Now we will all interpret this in our own way depending on our understanding. But the main point for me is that their is a choice. Choose wether you wish to be happy or unhappy, and then stick with it. Let no one take you away from your aim!
I like Democritus. Yes, it is choice, the sad thing is that many gave their choice to others, then wonder why they are unhappy.
Exactly right Alex. But once you realise this fact it’s very difficult to allow others to influence you in a negative way. Realise it’s a choice and then stick to it.
