Time is our most important and most precious commodity. Its the one thing that you can never get back. We should ask ourselves on a daily basis; whats important to me, where do my priorities lie, what am I going to make time for?
Mahatma Gandhi said; ‘our action expresses priority’. What we act out and make time for is a clear sign of whats important to us. If we are constantly saying that we will do something, but never get round to doing it, then it is clearly not as important as we think it is!
Even the development of our language has formed a metaphor in describing our relationship with time. How do we SPEND TIME? To spend time as we would spend our money. Its important to spend it wisely and not throw it away.

Control of our mind is one of the most challenging and rewarding of human tasks. Mahatma Gandhi once said, ‘undertaking this kind of training requires the patience of someone trying to empty the sea with a teacup’.
When we start down the road of self-development. When we change ourselves, we have already begun to change the world.

In this Vlog I speak honestly and openly about a wall I hit recently. Better to describe it as I have reached the redline and the only thing to do is to change gears and begin again.
When beginning this new project I could never have imagined the amount of growth I’d experience in such a short period of time. In this Vlog I tell you about my experience.

Macro-satisfaction as I term it in this video is the overwhelming satisfaction that we get from living our best life day in and day out.
Compare this to micro satisfaction, where we constantly need to be satisfied, whether its water when we are thirsty, heat when we are cold, or sleep when we are tired.
What did the greatest minds in history say about Happiness? The likes of the Buddha, Aristotle, Dalai Lama, F.D. Roosevelt.
What about finding our purpose? Alan Watts has some great ideas about that.

The first episode in an exciting new series on what people want out of life. I came across a study that polled thousands of people on the question; ‘If you could say in one word what you want more of in life, what would that be?’
In this Vlog I give a brief introduction to the findings of the study and the top 10 answers that were given and my short take on them. Some of them will be obvious to you, but others may be a little more obscure. Whatever your position in life, this will be of interest and benefit to you.
Moving forward from here, I plan to deal with each of the top 10 in turn over the next 10 days (God Willing) if I can overcome any resistance that might arise and avoid any calamities that might befall me as I undertake this project.
